ADP Form for Access (Sent From Ruffin Inn)

Setup ADP Account (Ruffin Inn and Employee)

Sign Employee Handbook Prior to Employment (Hellosign)

Setup ADP Application – ADP Mobile Solutions

Setup Gingr Application – Gingr Application

Setup Facebook Profile for Uploading Photos – need to have access to facebook to upload social media content (customers demand this)

Review social media sharing policy

Day 1 on Job:

Review Procedure How to Manage Dogs

Complete Dog Training as time allows

Access the daily checklist for the role Play Supervisor & Demonstrate the ability to successfully perform play supervisor duties for the entire day – manage dogs, maintain a clean yard at all times, and successfully clean all of the play area equipment, crates, and floors by day end to have ready for the next day

Review the responsibilities by role and slowly transition and take on more responsibility as you are comfortable / willing. It will be at the discretion of the managers / leads as to the amount of responsibility that is provided
